Commercial and Property-Management HVAC Services
Commercial HVAC repair and replacement
Heating and cooling problems in a commercial space affect staff, customers, and tenants. Repair focuses on finding the cause and getting the system working; replacement is for equipment that no longer makes sense to keep repairing.
Ongoing upkeep for commercial equipment is available as well. See routine HVAC maintenance.
Commercial equipment and systems
Commercial service includes split furnace and AC systems, ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, hybrid or dual-fuel systems, rooftop package units, wall furnaces, and swamp coolers.
Truckee Mechanical LLC does not use a fixed equipment-size limit. Project access, equipment condition, and the requested scope are reviewed for each property.
Rooftop package-unit repair and replacement
A rooftop package unit combines heating and cooling components in a single cabinet mounted on the roof, common on retail and office buildings. Service covers repair of existing units and replacement when a unit has reached the end of its useful life.
Roof access arrangements, the unit's make and model if known, and which spaces it serves all help when requesting service.
Property-management HVAC services
Property managers can request HVAC repairs and replacements for the residential and commercial properties they oversee.
When requesting service, include the property address, the unit or suite, tenant contact and access details, and who should approve the work. Clear coordination details make the visit easier for everyone.
New-construction HVAC
HVAC installation is available as part of new-construction projects. Share the project location, the stage of construction, plans or specifications if available, and your timeline.
Tenant-improvement HVAC
Tenant-improvement and build-out projects can include moving or modifying existing HVAC equipment and adding or changing ductwork and vents. Share the scope, plans, existing equipment, and schedule so the HVAC work can be coordinated with the rest of the project.
Commercial service is available in Reno, Sparks, and the other communities on our HVAC service areas page.
